2024 Days of Christmas (17-24)

The home stretch is here, you're now two-thirds of the way through your advent calendar and I am hoping that you are enjoying every sip. As the busy periods ramps up with the festive season, enjoy a few quiet minutes each day to savour a new blend. Day 17. Vanilla Black

Creamy vanilla tones on a rich black tea base, the perfect everyday tea. Serve with a splash of milk, or drink it plain. Elevate your morning tea, pair with a shortbread biscuit. 

Ingredients: Black tea & vanilla

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.

Brew for 3 minutes

Remove leaves and add your favourite milk, or enjoy black.


 

Day 18. Blue Sunshine 

Our attempt at sunshine in a cup! Delicate and light flavours offer warmth and zest, brightening the dullest of days. Beat back that holiday fatigue with this pick me up, only a week to go! 

Ingredients: Apple, ashwagandha root, tulsi, lemon balm, st. john's wort, butterfly blue pea flowers, marigold petals.

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.

Brew for 5 minutes.

Remove leaves and enjoy hot or cold.


Day 19. Blood Orange

Bright and bold blood orange flavor with a lingering soft sweetness and tangy citrus undertones. Enjoy warm for a sweet treat, or chill it down for an afternoon refresher. We love this cold, with extra fruit served on ice to beat the summer heat! 

Ingredients: Apple, hibiscus, orange, rosehip, marigold & safflower petals

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.

Brew for a minimum of 3 minutes.

Remove leaves and enjoy hot or iced.

Add orange slices or berries for extra sweetness!

 

Day 20. Caramel Twist

A break from our chocolate dessert teas, try this caramel and ginger infused rooibos blend. Sweetness of caramel is balanced through the flavours of ginger with a touch of liquorice to give a warming toasty tea.

Ingredients: Rooibos, ginger, caramel, lemongrass & liquorice.

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.

Brew for a minimum of 3 minutes.

Remove leaves and enjoy

 

 

Day 21. Coconut Dream

A simple blend of sencha green tea and coconut, this tea tastes like a tropical holiday. Each sip is sweet and creamy, a light and soothing way to start your day. We prefer this hot, but you can try it iced as well! 

Ingredients: Green tea, coconut & cornflower petals. 

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 80°C water 

Brew for of 3 minutes

Remove leaves and enjoy

 

 

Day 22. Vanilla Chai

Spicy with a hint of sweetness, this is one chai that you won’t need to add honey to! We love ours served with a splash of almond milk, but take it your preferred way and enjoy this start to your day. 

Ingredients: Black tea, ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, pepper, clove, nutmeg & calendula petals.

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.

Brew for 3 minutes.

Remove leaves, add your favourite milk & enjoy.

 

 

Day 23. Forest Berry

The perfect infusion of carefully selected fruits and wildflowers, enjoy Forest Berry hot or cold as a sweet fruity treat.

Ingredients: Hibiscus, apple pieces, rosehip, orange peels, raspberry & strawberry.

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.

Brew for a minimum of 3 minutes.

Remove leaves and enjoy hot or iced.

Add orange slices or berries for extra sweetness!

 

 

Day 24. Drift Away 

Our first ever blend, to be celebrated ont the last day of the calendar. Drift Away is perfect for after a long day to soothe and wash away the stress as you wind down for the night. Amazing both hot and cold, enjoy the stunning colour this tea brews to, and add a splash of lemon juice for a vivid colour change! 

Ingredients: Organic butterfly pea flowers, organic cornflower blue petals, rose petals & organic chamomile flowers.

Recommended Brewing Instructions

1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 80°C water. 

Brew for 2 minutes. 

Remove leaves and enjoy hot or cold. 

Add a squeeze of lemon for a surprise!
