By now you and I have both realised that I wrote a lot about teas and it does take up a little bit of space, so we've had to break this blog into 3. Hopefully you are on track with your daily tea, and will a new favourite or two.
Day 9 Sangria
Perfect for an afternoon sip with a plate of nibbles, I recommend pre-brewing this tea and leaving it to cool in the fridge during the day. With a beautiful deep, wine red colour this tea is the perfect mocktail to get you in the Christmas spirit.
Ingredients: Apple, hibiscus, rosehip & beet pieces.
Recommended Brewing Instructions
1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water
Brew for a minimum of 5 minutes
Remove leaves and enjoy hot or iced.
Garnish with orange, lemon and mint.
Day 10 Drift Away
Our first ever blend, the Drift Away is perfect for after a long day to soothe and wash away the stress as you wind down for the night. Amazing both hot and cold, enjoy the stunning colour this tea brews to, and add a splash of lemon juice for a vivid colour change!
Ingredients: Organic butterfly pea flowers, organic cornflower blue petals, rose petals & organic chamomile flowers.
Recommended Brewing Instructions
1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 80°C water.
Brew for 2 minutes.
Remove leaves and enjoy hot or cold.
Add a squeeze of lemon for a surprise!
Day 11 Just Peachy
Sweet and bursting with flavour, Just Peachy is the ideal summertime tea. With the climbing temperatures, brew this and let it chill, to take it up a notch, serve over ice and garnished with a peach slice.
Ingredients: Apple, hibiscus , rosehip, peach pieces & chamomile petals..

Brew for a minimum of 3 minutes

Day 12 Coconut Dream
A simple blend of sencha green tea and coconut, this tea tastes like a tropical holiday. Each sip is sweet and creamy, a light and soothing way to start your day. We prefer this hot, but you can try it iced as well!
Ingredients: Green tea, coconut & cornflower petals.
Recommended Brewing Instructions
1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 80°C water
Brew for of 3 minutes
Remove leaves and enjoy.
Day 13 Daintree Breakfast
The Cubbagudta tea plantation is located in the Daintree rainforest, in Northern Queensland. Although a tropical region, this tea has a light flavour similar to those grown in high altitudes. Enjoy this taste of North QLD, with or without milk.
Ingredients: Black tea
Recommended Brewing Instructions
1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water.
Brew for 4 minutes.
Remove leaves, add milk, sugar and honey to taste.
Want to try something different? Chill it down and add fresh lemon or orange slices for a refreshing summer drink.
Day 14 Chilli Cherry
Rooibos with a spicy kick! A Mexican inspired blend of fruity wild cherries and smoked red chillies. Our Chili Cherry rooibos will put a pep in your step and get your body moving with no caffeine required.
Ingredients: Rooibos, chilli, carrot flakes, yellow rosebuds, safflower petals, peony petals & natural flavour.

1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100°C water
Brew for 3 minutes.
Remove leaves and enjoy
Day 15 Organic Ginger Glow
Our Organic Ginger Glow tisane has all the zesty and warm flavours you savour from a regular Lemongrass and Ginger blend with the added tang of Hibiscus along with the health benefits of Turmeric. A light golden colour, enjoy this tisane any time of the day.
Ingredients: Lemongrass, ginger, hibiscus, calendula & turmeric
Recommended Brewing Instructions
1 tsp of leaves / 250mL of 100° water.
Brew for 2-5 minutes.
Remove leaves and enjoy
Day 16 Tropical Green
Green tea sprinkled with pineapple pieces and mallow flowers leads to a tropical flavour perfect for imagining yourself on a beach, brewed hot and enjoyed straight away, or chilled for a refreshing drink at any time of the day.
